The packaging of a product is an important component of it. It not only plays a protective role during transportation but also directly affects the overall quality of the product. The following are the packaging materials and packaging we commonly use:

(1) Plastic bags: For American lines, heat sealing is generally required, and the material is high-pressure PE material. PP material is not allowed to be used unless specified by the customer.

⑷ Common brown corrugated boxes: The commonly used ones are 3-layer corrugated boxes and 5-layer corrugated boxes. After the products are packaged, they are generally sealed with tape.

⑸ White boxes: They can be classified into corrugated (3-layer or 5-layer) white boxes and non-corrugated white boxes. Generally, the products are sealed with tape after packaging.

(6) Display boxes: There are many types, mainly including colored display boxes and display boxes with PVC LIDS, etc. Through this packaging, the products inside the box can be seen directly.

(3) Outer packaging

Generally, export cartons for foreign trade are used, including 5-layer corrugated boxes. The corrugated materials mainly used are B/C tiles.

Plastic bags generally require heat sealing. When sealing, they should be neat, firm and aesthetically pleasing.

② Color boxes, display boxes, white boxes, corrugated boxes, etc. should all be sealed with tape during packaging (except for color boxes with buckles). The sealing process should be neat and aesthetically pleasing.

③ The outer box is generally sealed in an "I" shape with adhesive tape and wrapped with two packaging tapes (if the customer has special requirements, they should be followed).

V. Transportation

For mail-order customers, the inner boxes used for packaging generally require 5-layer corrugated boxes, and the quality requirements are relatively high. We not only need to consider the safety of the products during transportation, but also ensure the safety of the products when they are mailed from the customer's place to the end user.

② European customers usually have special requirements for hb. The cartons are generally required to be nailing cartons, metal-free packaging, and the sealing tape should be paper tape. The packaging usually has an hb label or a recycling label.
